Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Safely operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized workspaces
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Perform cleanup duties including debris removal and site restoration
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Support multiple trades (carpentry, masonry, demolition) as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- No prior construction experience required—training provided
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
