Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades on residential/commercial sites
- Prepare job sites by moving materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and debris
- Complete basic site preparation tasks (excavation support, scaffolding setup)
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- No high school diploma necessary
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
