Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, excavation, and cleanup duties.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Transport materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Perform minor carpentry or demolition tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
