Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, ironworkers) with daily site tasks.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Perform basic site cleanup, excavation, and preparation work.
- Operate power tools and hand tools according to safety guidelines.
- Follow blueprints and site instructions to ensure quality workmanship.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions and environments.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety on-site.
