Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency weekend plumbing services including burst pipes and clogs
- Ensure compliance with Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed service reports
- Collaborate with team members for complex plumbing projects
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and local codes
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Physical ability to handle tools and climb ladders
