Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Support: Assist with the setup and basic operation of construction equipment and machinery.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform demolition tasks and general cleanup duties at the end of the workday.
- Assistance: Provide direct support to skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of showing up on time and working with minimal supervision.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid driver's license or government-issued ID.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate with the crew.
