Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing, digging, and leveling areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
- Perform general cleanup duties at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
