Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and cleaning job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities and material handling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and deliver to the work site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
