Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing fixtures
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly handle tools/equipment
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and tolerate extreme temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with commitment to professional growth
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee plumbing license within 12 months of hire
