Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation, excavation, grading, and leveling.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and equipment under supervision (e.g., skid steers, compactors).
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform demolition tasks and maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Support Tasks: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability and a strong willingness to learn.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
- License: Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
