Responsibilities
- Execute general construction labor tasks, including excavation, demolition, and site preparation.
- Transport and distribute construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and temporary structures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and OSHA standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with foremen and tradespeople to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy loads (50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites across Tucson and CA.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic measurements.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
