Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/un construction materials and debris
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople
- Complete daily equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, levels, tape measures)
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety procedures
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Pass background check/drug screening
