Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and HVAC technicians, with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Perform digging, lifting, and physical labor as required by the project manager.
- Set up and break down temporary worksites and barricades.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and rugged terrain.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
