Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with digging, trenching, and equipment operation
- Load/unhaul construction materials using hand tools and basic machinery
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Operate power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Perform general site maintenance and support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tucson
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
