Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and hand tools safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Complete time-sensitive tasks during overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and climb ladders/stairs
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
