Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other tradespeople.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with layout tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus (training provided for the right candidates).
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
