Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, grading, and setting up work areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Heavy Lifting: Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items up to 50 lbs.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction tools and equipment (such as jackhammers, pressure washers, and forklifts) under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by performing daily cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors effectively.
- Work Ethic: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
