Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Follow construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Participate in concrete pouring and finishing tasks
- Perform demolition and debris removal duties
- Report safety hazards immediately to site supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule including overtime and weekend work
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
