Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and safety compliance
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery after proper training
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Participate in night shift operations (6 PM - 6 AM) with rotational weekend availability
- Document daily progress and report maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – all training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift schedule
