Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and lifting materials at construction sites.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Mix concrete, asphalt, or other materials as directed.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow all site-specific safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
