Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment safely.
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Help with concrete pouring, framing, and general carpentry.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required (willingness to learn is key).
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
