Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, cleanup, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project-specific guidelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and work orders accurately
- Maintain organized job sites and report safety hazards immediately
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with no safety violations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
