Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and effectively
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site layout
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Perform basic concrete work including pouring, finishing, and demolition
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
- Pass background check and drug screening
