Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform demolition, excavation, and cleanup tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support concrete pouring and finishing operations
- Assist in framing, roofing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours daily)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- No prior experience necessary—training provided
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
