Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing
- Perform daily equipment inspections and site cleanup
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related field experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Mesa Valley
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
