Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform demolition, excavation, and ground-level construction tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Support skilled trades with material delivery and tool management
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across NYC
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
