Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Transport materials using heavy equipment (forklifts, dump trucks)
- Perform daily site cleanup and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction or heavy labor experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Proficiency with basic hand/power tools and construction equipment
