Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and dig materials and debris efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and projects.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and correctly.
- Keep construction sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
