Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial electrical installations and repairs
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to understand project requirements
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including wiring, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and NEC regulations at all times
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently and safely
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on electrical components
- Document work performed and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work collaboratively in teams
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
