Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts, jackhammers) with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and collaborate with supervisors on project timelines
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed
- Transport materials and equipment safely using company vehicles
- Complete daily time logs and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
