Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on diverse construction sites
- Safely load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools
- Maintain site cleanliness and debris removal protocols
- Follow OSHA safety standards and project specifications
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Perform general site preparation and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
