Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently for material handling and installation
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout, measuring, and material preparation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Perform quality control checks and report issues to site supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
- Participate in daily site clean-up and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
