Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites daily.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Perform general site maintenance, digging, and spreading materials.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and crew members to ensure project flow.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Basic math skills for measurements and material quantities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
