Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including mixing concrete, digging trenches, and clearing site debris.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to work areas efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, with various on-site activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow project blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed within the specified timeframes and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adverse terrain.
- Willingness to work early mornings, overtime, and weekends as project demands require.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
