Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on-site as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform basic site preparation, digging, and cleanup duties.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
