Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
