Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and setups.
- Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning debris and ensuring a safe workspace.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and according to protocols.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines strictly at all times.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and hauling heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License preferred but not always required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
