Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear construction sites, dig trenches, and prepare areas for foundation and building work.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Equipment Assistance: Assist in the operation of basic machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Support Trades: Provide direct assistance to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled laborers.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a stable work history and be available for full-time shifts.
- Safety Compliance: Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred for site access.
