We are currently expanding our operations across the Greater Boston area and need reliable team members who take safety and quality seriously. As a Weekend Laborer, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, laying out materials, and ensuring the work area is organized and safe for operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute heavy construction materials, tools, and equipment to the appropriate work zones using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and hazard-free job site, adhering to strict OSHA safety standards and local regulations.
- Skilled Trade Support: Provide hands-on assistance to carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by performing tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, or holding materials.
- Tool Management: Inspect, clean, and store tools and machinery properly after use to ensure longevity and readiness.
- Documentation: Report daily site conditions, material usage, and any safety concerns to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is highly preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.
- Safety Conscious: Knowledge of basic construction safety protocols and willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate clearly with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
