Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, hammers, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow verbal instructions and collaborate with team members efficiently
- Participate in site-specific safety briefings and adhere to OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass pre-employment physical ability assessment
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Washington, OH area
