Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on diverse construction sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Operate machinery like forklifts, jackhammers, and concrete mixers
- Complete daily reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Denver metro area
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
