Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as digging, cleaning, and setting up equipment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
- Handle heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
