Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support experienced team members with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties.
- Tool Preparation: Properly organize, clean, and maintain all electrical tools, meters, and safety equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Project Assistance: Help with site preparation, including clearing debris, measuring, and marking locations for outlets and fixtures.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional appearance and communicating clearly with clients.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including time sheets and job reports, as directed.
- Learning & Growth: Actively participate in training sessions to master electrical codes, wiring techniques, and circuit troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are willing to train the right candidate! A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record for travel to job sites.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work a full-time schedule.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
