Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Perform demolition and debris removal efficiently
- Support equipment setup/teardown and site security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with occasional overtime
