Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily tasks.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and demolition duties as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools after proper training.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to ensure project accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
