Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and grading tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certification
- Construct/repair structures using concrete, steel, and composite materials
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols and hazard mitigation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (electricians, carpenters) for seamless workflow
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Document daily progress through digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction labor experience required
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification mandatory
- Valid Florida Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Proficient with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
