Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades professionals (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Perform basic concrete work, framing support, and demolition tasks
- Complete daily progress reports and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM-4 PM)
