Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment functionality
- Follow blueprints and project specifications under supervisor guidance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Support material inventory management and site security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety standards
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
