Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic tools under supervision (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Maintain organized job sites and safety protocols
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid US work authorization
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic communication skills in English
- Punctual and dependable attendance
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
- Pass background/drug screening (if applicable)
