Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to execute construction plans
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain safety and compliance
- Assist in basic concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays/Sundays, 6 AM - 4 PM)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
